Purpose. Resilience. Joy.

Life doesn’t just stop because the planet is in trouble.

We have to be able to hold it all.

I’m here to help.

    • Compassionate people who feel worn down by the climate crisis and state of the world, finding themselves with the need to be heard and supported.

    • Purpose-driven professionals experiencing burnout or exasperated by the limitations of their roles but harbouring a desire for real impact.

    • Young people disenchanted with the future and career prospects presented to them, knowing these are misaligned with a world in crisis but unclear as to how to apply themselves instead.

    • Business leaders aware of the need for sustainable transformation but needing a hand on the path to achieving it.

  • You’re worried by the state of our world.

Maybe you’re anxious about all the unknowns involved in building something better.

Maybe you’re exhausted, trying to maintain hope when it feels like things just keep getting worse.

You feel you have something to offer that the world needs, and know the current models don't really work.

You want to have a positive impact.

    • A Safe Space for all that you’re feeling to be shared.

    • Explore the experiences, belief systems, passion and values behind what you're feeling.

    • Identify your strengths and purpose to gain clarity on what exactly you wish to do and create in the world.

    • Teach you the tools you need to regulate your nervous system.

    • Ensure you feel resourced for any challenges you may face on the road ahead with a clear direction and plans you feel great about.

    • Create more space for joy (because there's still plenty to be had, I promise!).

  • First off, perhaps unexpectedly given the subjects at hand, we’re going to laugh, alot. Even if sometimes it’s in the presence of tears. This stuff is hard - and there is so much resilience in practicing to cultivate joy amidst hard times when it’s needed most (there are loads of clever neuroscience-y reasons this is beneficial, too!).

Our sessions will feel intimate and practical.

    You’re the expert in you.

My role is to provide a space for you to unburden yourself, then support you with the techniques and guidance to help you to arrive at the solutions you need.

You’ll likely walk away from each time we spend together feeling lighter, more connected and empowered. Some things happen instantly and some take a little more repetition but the goal is for you to always come away feeling better.

I work across a number of modalities including somatics, neuro-linguistic programming and hypnosis where we’ll use a combination of body-centred, neuroscience-based and traditional talking approaches.

If you’d like to know more about what it feels like to work with me, others have shared their experiences below.

What Clients Are Saying…

  • “I really, really enjoyed our sessions - I’ve been using the techniques you suggested, especially the emotional freedom technique and self-guided hypnosis which are all helping me to tap into moments of calm. I really love that they encourage me to engage my body in movement as well as thought in order to soothe my anxiety - it really resonates with how physical my experience of anxiety is, and I’m grateful for somatic solutions”.
